How do I order #froyofromhome?
- Go to our Order page to choose your froyo.
- Click Add to Cart under each froyo you’d like to order
- Review your cart and proceed to checkout when ready
- Input your shipping details and click Place Order
- Wait for the email with payment instructions
- If you are unable to receive the payment confirmation email, please contact us ASAP.
- Email your proof of payment with the Order Number in the subject
- Wait for payment confirmation email with delivery instructions
How long can the Frozen Yogurt be stored?
Red Mango’s Frozen Yogurt is freshly-made daily. Please keep frozen or consume immediately upon delivery. Our Froyo is best consumed within 7 days or by the Best Before Date indicated on the label.
What are the available modes of payment?
We accept via PayMongo (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, credit cards).
Is there a cut off period for orders?
Orders can be placed anytime on the website but payments will be processed from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm only for same day delivery. Orders and payments after 7:00 pm will be processed the next day.
When will my order be delivered?
Original Froyo pints paid by cut-off period are for same day delivery.
Limited Edition pints are for weekend delivery.
Where & how do you deliver?
Our in house delivery team can deliver to the ff. areas in Metro Manila/Rizal: Taguig, Makati, Marikina, Manila, Quezon City, San Juan, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Pasay, Malabon, and Rizal.
Delivery fees:
- Taguig / Makati / Marikina / Manila / Quezon City (except Fairview and Novaliches area) – P150
- San Juan / Pasig / Mandaluyong – P100
- Pasay / Malabon / Fairview / Novaliches / Valenzuela – P200
- Rizal – P150
Due to the nature of our product, we can currently only cater to the areas mentioned to ensure product quality. We are continuously working to reach more areas.
